All primary applicants are responsible for returning a liability release form, hunt regulations form, and tag fee of $35.00 for each person hunting.  Once forms and payment are received for all hunters in a party the gate combination, a map, and directions will be sent to the primary applicant.  If you would prefer to pay online you can click here to go to the payment page.

All hunters must have a valid California hunting license, deer tags and/or bird stamps before applying for any hunt on the BCCER. All California Fish and Game Code laws apply. Each hunter will be required to read, sign and return the Hunting Regulations Form and the BCCER Liability Release Form prior to being issued a permit. All persons under 18 years of age must sign the Minor Release Form and be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Hunting is restricted to deer, turkey, and quail. Target shooting is strictly prohibited. All hunters will report hunting results by phone within five working days after hunting by calling the Research Foundation at (530) 898-6977 or mailing tags to:

ATTENTION:  Hunters must submit forms and fees by July 30 in order to receive                                                  hunt packets in time.

All primary applicants will receive notification and release forms by email.  All forms and harvest tag fee of $35.00 (payable to The Research Foundation) must be returned for each person hunting.  Alternates will be notified in the event of a cancellation.
