All forms and harvest tag fee of $35.00 (payable to The Research Foundation) must be returned for each person hunting. Once forms and payment are received for all hunters in a party a scouting pass, tags, a map, and directions will be sent to the primary applicant. Alternates will be notified in the event of a cancellation. You also have the option of paying your hunt fee online, through the CDA website. If you would prefer to pay online you can use the payment option below.

On the next page you will be given the option of selecting the quantity of hunters/fees. Please be sure to include the total for all hunts for which you are applying. Late or incorrect payments will delay your application.
