The first name listed for each parking area is the primary applicant on the application drawn in the lottery and is responsible for all correspondence for the entire hunt party.  If an email was provided on the application you will receive notification and liability release forms via email.  If there was no email provided notification will be sent by postal mail.  A liability release form, hunt regulations form, and tag fee of $35.00 (made out to THE RESEARCH FOUNDATION) must be returned for each person hunting.  Once forms and payment are received for all hunters in a party a scouting pass, tags, and a map with directions will be mailed to the primary applicant.  Alternates will be contacted in the event of a cancellation.
