In order to make it easier for all, we will once again be implementing electronic-only format submission procedures for the 2010 funding year. Please read and follow the guidelines carefully while you prepare your proposal:

Electronic Submission Forms

The Project Proposal form is now available in two electronic formats; PDF and RTF. You may use either format to submit your proposal.

* It is not necessary to print out and sign the Project Proposal Packet. We have 'Digital Signature' capability on the application form. Digital signatures for supervisors and department heads are not required. We will accept electronic Project Proposals with the supervisor's initials and name entered/typed in the appropriate fields.

NOTE: If you are using the free Adobe Reader to view and complete the Project Proposal Form, you will need to download a digital signature plug-in for your browser in order to sign it. You can download a plug-in for free, but it is only good for a 30-day trial period.

** To digitally sign the RTF version of the Project Proposal packet, please enter signatures using the electronic signature format as follows:

For the RTF version of the proposal, please submit the completed proposal, along with maps and other supporting documents in electronic format, to projects@caldeer.org

Chapter/Youth Project Proposal Request

Collection Agreement - please include electronic copies of your invoices and/or receipts when submitting a Collection Agreement.

Project Completion Report - supplemental articles and photos may be attached when submitting your Project Completion Report via email.
